Privacy Policy

Topout (“we”, “us”) is operated by 11point.dev in Toronto, Ontario. This policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Name, email, organization, role, and (for apprentices) trade and skill-set affiliations.

Usage information. The records you create in Topout — invoices, RFIs, change orders, time entries, compliance documents — and metadata about how you use the product.

Technical information. IP address, browser, device, and log data captured automatically when you use the service.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the service, to communicate with you about your account, to improve the product, and to comply with our legal obligations under Ontario and Canadian law (including PIPEDA).

3. Sharing

We share data with sub-processors strictly to operate the service: Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), Inngest (background jobs), and email infrastructure providers. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation so you can re-activate or export. Apprentice hour records are retained as long as the apprentice account exists.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Apprentice accounts can export their hours and take them to another employer.
